Katharine was born and raised in Fort Worth. She attended various Catholic grade schools and graduated from Nolan High. She received her B. A. in Sociology from the University of St. Thomas.
She has a Master of Divinity from Weston School of Theology. She also has a Master of Arts in Counseling from Amberton University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor for the state of Texas. Katharine has spent the better part of her life working in schools and parishes. She has taught, done social outreach, and pastoral care in several parishes. She was a chaplain for a local hospice for a while. She has also been a business consultant doing organizational development and conflict management for several businesses.
She is currently a counselor for the Azle ISD and the Coordinator of RCIA at St. Michael.
